Welcome Sarah Pfeifer
We are so excited to introduce Sarah Pfeifer who is joining the Holistic Consultation team at our Clintonville office and seeing clients via telehealth across Ohio.
Sarah specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and questions of identity and self-esteem.
Weaving in her background in art and creativity, Sarah meets each client where they are and celebrates their strengths every step of the way.
We are so glad she is here, and we know she is going to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients and families she serves. Please join us in welcoming Sarah to the Holistic Consultation family.
Who Sarah Helps:
Sarah works with children, teens, and young adults managing anxiety, depression, eating disorders and ADHD. She feels deeply connected to issues related to identity, exploration of self, and self-esteem. Sarah believes that healing begins when people feel safe enough to fully be themselves. Her own journey of healing and restoration is deeply informed by her time spent in “the other chair” and it deeply impacts her work, allowing her to walk beside her clients as they work through their own healing journey.
What sessions feel like:
Sarah strives to create a warm, empathetic, collaborative, and creative space where clients feel understood, seen, and empowered to explore the challenges and strengths that have shaped their lives. She genuinely wants to see you succeed at your goals and will cheer you on the entire way. She fully takes time to get to know you and makes sure to tailor sessions to your needs, likes, and interests. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parts work, and Solution-Focused therapy, Sarah tailors her approach based on the unique needs of each client.
She values authenticity, curiosity, and connection. She believes therapy is a space where people feel truly accepted as they are. With a background in art, Sarah enjoys incorporating creativity into the therapeutic process when it feels meaningful for clients. She recognizes that healing and self-expression takes many forms, and she appreciates the way creativity allows for processing emotions, exploring identity, and connecting with yourself on a deeper level.
