Our team is responsive, thorough, and genuinely committed to making the transition as smooth as possible, for your client and for you.
We work with referring providers across a wide range of situations. Whether you are managing a growing waitlist, looking for a specific clinical specialization, or connecting a client with community-based support, we make it easy and simple.
How our referral process works
Straightforward by design.
Reach out by phone, email, or through our contact form. We will respond within one business day and follow up at least twice to ensure your client is connected.
From there, our intake team handles everything, exploring goals, preferences, and clinical fit to match your client with the right therapist.
In most cases, appointments are available within a few days.
What we offer
Holistic Consultation is a locally owned, WBENC-certified, award-winning women-owned group practice based in Columbus, Ohio, with locations in Clintonville and Troy, and telehealth throughout Ohio.
We are not a national platform or a staffing agency. We are a practice with roots in the community and a team that actually knows each other.
Our nearly 30 therapists bring deep clinical expertise across anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationships, identity health, and more.
The majority of our staff also hold advanced training in somatic therapies, including EMDR and Brainspotting. That means if you are looking for care that goes beyond traditional talk therapy, we can help.
