Scott began practicing in 2000 and has extensive experience serving adults, adolescents, couples, and families. By focusing conversation on your best hopes for yourself, your life, and your relationships, Scott strives to create a therapeutic experience that is meaningful, individualized, intentional, and capable of producing lasting change without requiring lengthy periods of therapy.

With his previous experience working in a community mental health center and as a private practitioner, Scott is comfortable working with clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties and believes in the power and strength of a therapeutic partnership in overcoming those difficulties and supporting you in realizing your best hopes.

His approach has been described by his clients, peers, and mentors as goal-oriented, respectful, thoughtful, practical, and collaborative.

Scott earned a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University. Additionally, he is a Clinical Fellow with The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a Certified Solution-Focused Therapy Practitioner.
