Scott's current specializations include marriage, family and relationships, living with authenticity, gender and sexual identity, trauma, mood regulation and life transitions.

With his previous experience working in a community mental health center and as a private practitioner, Scott is comfortable working with clients experiencing a wide range of difficulties and believes in the power and strength of a therapeutic partnership in overcoming those difficulties and supporting you in realizing your best hopes.

His approach has been described by his clients, peers, and mentors as goal-oriented, respectful, thoughtful, practical, and collaborative.

Scott earned a Master of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Colorado State University. Additionally, he is a Clinical Fellow with The American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and a Certified Solution-Focused Therapy Practitioner.
