Payment Policy Update: What You Need to Know
We want to make sure our clients have plenty of notice about an upcoming change to how we process payments.
Beginning April 1st, all credit card transactions will include a 3.5% processing fee. This fee is charged directly by our payment processor and is not something Holistic Consultation profits from. Like many small businesses, we are working to manage rising operational costs while keeping our services sustainable and our quality of care unchanged.
Want to avoid the fee? Here are a few easy options:
- Pay with your HSA card
- Pay by check
- Pay with exact cash
All other rates remain unchanged.
