"Navigating the Excess: Breaking Free from a Cluttered Past"

  • Have you walked the path of life surrounded by the weight of a family that may have embraced "Too Much Stuff"?
  • Has the environment you grew up in left an indelible mark on your present?
  • Are you caught in a conflict with a loved one who's dealing with excessive belongings?

In our 5-week program, we delve into the intricacies of hoarding and its impact. Participants will gain valuable insights into setting boundaries, undertake a values assessment, master conflict resolution techniques and refine assertive communication skills.

This group is primarily for adult children of hoarders or individuals from similar family systems. Join us in your journey towards clarity, breaking free from the weight of excess, and embracing a life of purpose and simplicity.

Creating Attachments

"Building Stronger Connections: Navigating Your Role and Relationships"

In our "Creating Attachments" group, participants uncover the roles they played within their family of origin and understanding how those roles continue to shape their present relationships.

Our group sessions are adaptable to the needs of each participant, and you can anticipate discussions about attachment sytles, setting healthy boundaries, cultivating effective self-care routines, and integrating trauma-informed coping strategies.

Join us to build building stronger, more meaningful connections and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and others.

"Reframing Relationships" is your safe space to explore human connections, including your relationship with yourself, diverse forms of intimacy, social bonds, and family ties.

Our group offers a supportive environment for individuals seeking to enhance their relational skills and navigate relationships more effectively. We draw inspiration from valuable resources such as "Life isn't Binary," "The 5 Love Languages," and "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work."

This group is thoughtfully designed for members of the LGBTQ+ community, providing a welcoming and inclusive space to foster personal growth and forge more profound connections.
