Renee approaches therapy with a strength-based perspective. She uses a holistic approach of body, mind, and spirit to seek resilience in each person. She specializes in eating disorders, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, vocational discernment, relationship counseling, and grief.

She also is EMDR certified and works with persons who have experienced trauma. Her dissertation was on resilience and those who work in trauma intense vocations.

Renee holds her Master's degree from the University of Dayton in Community Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisory privileges. She received her Bachelor's degree in psychology from Florida State University. She received her Ph.D. from Antioch University in Leadership and Change with an emphasis on psychological resilience. She has been a therapist for over 20 years.

Renee works part-time with appointments available from our Clintonville office and through teletherapy.
