(she, her, hers)

Joslyn is a strengths-based, trauma-informed therapist who provides a safe and non-judgmental space for you to openly discuss and explore the issues that are bringing you to therapy. While she does not take a one-size-fits-all approach, her services are always geared towards helping clients increase insight and identify practical strategies and skills designed to increase their sense of internal well-being and to function more effectively, whether it be at home, work, school or anywhere else life may take you.

Joslyn has experience working with adults with a wide-range of issues including healing from the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, grief/loss, and other challenges related to adjusting to life transitions. Joslyn primarily draws from cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients build more connection between their thoughts, their emotions, and their physical bodies.

Joslyn holds a MSSA master’s degree from Case Western Reserve University concentrating in adult mental health. She also holds a JD from Case Western Reserve and she worked in the legal profession for several years prior to following an inner calling to change course and become a therapist.
