Hannah Swarm is a licensed social worker who graduated from The Ohio State University with her Master's of Social Work degree with a focus on mental health and substance misuse.

Hannah deeply believes in the transformative power of personal growth and past experiences. Hannah considers it an honor to accompany individuals on their therapeutic journey and she is dedicated to supporting and empowering clients to reach their goals through a collaborative and empathetic relationship.

Her clinical interests and specializations include childhood attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.

Hannah holds a firm belief in the vital role of the therapeutic relationship in the journey towards healing. Through close collaboration with her clients, she employs a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to offer therapeutic support and guidance. It is her sincere commitment to foster a space where clients feel valued, understood, and empowered to embark on their path towards personal growth and resilience. Hannah is dedicated to establishing a genuine connection with her clients by meeting them where they are in their journey and holding space for their needs.

Hannah is committed to the belief that therapy should be accessible to everyone. As a queer and gender-affirming therapist, Hannah advocates for the right of all individuals to receive adequate mental healthcare. Hannah is passionate about human rights, particularly a person's autonomy to make choices that honor their true selves. In her practice, she prioritizes creating a supportive, welcoming environment where clients feel empowered to freely embrace their identities and pursue their mental health goals without judgment.

Hannah currently offers services full-time from our Clintonville location and through teletherapy.
