Ashley works with you to develop collaborative goals and insight within a strength-based approach. She believes in a flexible, individualized approach that focuses on your needs and experiences.

Ashley's areas of interest include working with individuals aged teen and older, including the LGBTQ community, trauma survivors, relationship issues including marriage and family, gender identity/expression, identity/purpose concerns, spiritual concerns, career counseling, family of origin concerns, grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress management, and self-esteem.

She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University. She comes to Holistic Consultation with previous experience from a community-based setting in Dayton, OH, where she worked with individuals and families aged 6+ coping with a wide array of issues.

Ashley offers services full time from our Campus location and through teletherapy.
