Ashley is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University. She comes to Holistic Consultation with previous experience from a community-based setting in Dayton, OH, where she worked with individuals and families aged 6+ coping with a wide array of issues.

Ashley works with clients to develop collaborative goals and insight within a strength-based approach. She believes in a flexible, individualized approach that focuses on a client’s individual needs and experiences. Her theoretical styles are eclectic, including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, cognitive processing trauma therapy, interpersonal, existential, as well as mindfulness and holistic-based approaches. Ashley's areas of interest include working with individuals aged teen and older, including the LGBTQ community, trauma survivors, relationship issues including marriage and family, gender identity/expression, identity/purpose concerns, spiritual concerns, career counseling, family of origin concerns, grief, depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress management, and self-esteem.

Ashley offers services full time from our Campus location and online.
